108 OS Financial
A private, read-only integration that brings QuickBooks Online accounting data into the 108 operating system for internal executive and board reporting.
What this application does
108 OS Financial connects to the QuickBooks Online companies owned by 108 Performance Holdings, LLC and its affiliated entities. On a scheduled basis it retrieves financial statements and supporting transaction detail, stores them in the company's own database, and presents them as a consolidated performance dashboard for the executive team and the board.
The application is used solely by officers and directors of the company and its authorized advisors. It is not distributed, sold, licensed, or made available to any person outside the organization, and it is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store.
What it accesses
- Financial statement reports, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and trial balance
- Chart of accounts and account classifications
- Customer, vendor, invoice, bill, and payment records used to explain movements in those statements
- Company profile information identifying which entity the data belongs to
Read only, by design
The application requests the QuickBooks accounting scope and uses it exclusively for retrieval. It does not create, modify, void, or delete any record in QuickBooks Online, and no write capability is built into it.
Who operates it
The application is built and maintained internally by the Office of the Chief Business Officer. Questions about its operation, or requests to review or remove data, should be directed to the contact address on the Privacy Policy page.
Managing the connection
An administrator of a connected QuickBooks Online company may revoke access at any time. Instructions are on the Disconnect page. If a connection has expired and reporting has stopped, see the Reconnect page.
